A Design-Forward Living Room for Indiranagar Homes

Indiranagar is one of Bengaluru’s most design-conscious neighbourhoods. Its independent houses, builder floors and apartments are often furnished with a mix of vintage finds and contemporary pieces. If you want a living room that feels considered, start with shape and texture rather than trends.
Lead with one sculptural sofa
A curved sofa instantly softens a room full of straight lines. Mustard (₹30,000) has a continuous kidney curve and plush velvet. In ochre it’s a statement; in stone or chocolate it’s quieter. Lehar takes a different route, with tall channel tufting that rolls over the back and arms, finished with a wooden plinth.
Choose a coffee table with character
Pair a soft sofa with a coffee table that has strong form. Kankar is a set of pebble-shaped nesting tables on chunky wooden legs. Ghera is a rounded loop of warm wood with an open shelf. Chaukor is a stack of offset walnut-tone blocks.
Layer texture, not colour
Boucle, velvet, cane and wood grain add depth without visual noise. Keep the walls light, add a jute rug, and let one coloured piece lead.
Leave breathing room
Design-forward rooms usually have fewer, better pieces. Leave space around your statement sofa so its shape can be seen.
All these pieces are made at our Electronic City factory, and upholstered pieces come in 50+ shades. Visit us to see the fabrics in person.
